Details About The Position:

  • Answer phone calls regarding orders and payments, resolve order issues or escalate them appropriately.
  • Provide the experience of being the office assistant to our clients for their customers by managing their appointments, answering their customers through phone, text, email, or social media, preparing different invoices and entering data into various software.
  • Provide super friendly helpful customer service all day long while following all of our clients scripts and guidelines
  • Create a helpful experience for the customers with logical solutions.
  • Always be ready for the next customer request.

Requirements:

  • Background Check

  • Computer with at least 8gb ram and able to run Microsoft Office (Windows is preferred, Chromebook not supported), this is for training only.
