More about the Job:
  • We start at $15.50/hr for the two training weeks, then $16.50/hr moving forward.
  • There is always the potential $1/hr raise after 3 months.
  • Monday through Friday approx. 8 am-5 pm (with occasional cleanings offered on weekends if arranged in advance with the office.)
  • (Typically 2-3 cleanings a day.)
  • Working in teams or solo cleanings
  • We pay an extra $2/hr for deep cleans and moveouts. Most staff make an extra $300-$600 in tips per month as well.
We operate an eco-friendly cleaning company that supports the health and well-being of our staff and clients. All of our staff refrains from wearing any strong scents (such as perfumes, deodorants, shampoos, detergents, cigarette/marijuana scents, etc.) into our client's homes or in staff cars or homes and around the cleaning kits they are given for cleanings so no chemical scents are brought into clients homes that can cause client health issues due to chemical sensitivities. We require all cleaners to wear disposable gloves and facemasks (when requested by clients that are immunocompromised) for all cleanings during this time of COVID for our cleaner's and client’s safety.
Requirements:
  • Be willing to take a background check
  • Driver's license
  • Car insurance
  • Your own vehicle you can drive to cleanings each day
  • Place for your kits supplies to be stored in your home while you aren't cleaning

Most clients cleanings start at 8-9am and most end by 5 or 6pm each day Monday through Friday, with occasional cleanings offered on weekends if arranged in advanced with the office. Usually a cleaner has 2-3 cleanings a day.

We ask all of our staff to refrain from wears any strong scents (such as perfumes, deodorants, shampoos, detergents, cigarette/marijuana scents, etc.) into our clients homes or in staff cars or homes and around the cleaning kits they are given for cleanings so no chemical scents are brought into clients homes that can cause client health issues due to chemical sensitivities. We operate an ecofriendly cleaning company that supports the health and well-being of our staff and clients.

Be advised that we will run a full background check, including a criminal records check, prior to any final offer of employment. We also require all cleaners to wear disposable gloves and facemasks (when requested by clients that are immunocompromised) for all cleanings during this time of COVID for our cleaners and clients safety.

Professional commercial and/or residential cleaning experience
Your own reliable transportation with a clean appearance
